The Code of Conduct acts as a guide to the employees on the values, ethics and business principles expected of them. With the listing of its equity shares, the Company has also abided by the requirements of Corporate Governance covered under Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement of the Stock Exchange. The Shares of the Company were listed on ‘The Bombay Stock Exchange Limited’ and ‘National Stock Exchange of India Limited’ on 4th June, 2008.
