Mr. Balvantsinh Rajput, is the Promoter of Gokul Refoils & Solvent LimitedHe started his career in the year 1982 by setting up an oil mill of 50 TTD capacities. Later in the year 1992 he laid the foundation of our Company. Mr. Balvantsinh Rajput articulated, designed and implemented the growth story of our Company. He has about 3 decades of experience in edible oil industry. He is involved in overall management, forming business strategy and implementing Global strategic initiatives of the Company. Under the stewardship of Mr. Balvanntsinh Rajput, the company has achieved the sustained growth over the years. He is also associated with various Trade Associations.
Managing Director
Mr.Dharmendrasinh Rajput, is a Managing Director of the Company. He has done BE (Mechanical) from Shrinivas Institute of Technology. He is looking after Global business development strategic activities of the Company and overall responsibilities of India & World operational and Planning Strategy management of the Company as whole. He is actively involved in overall responsibilities of Strategic Management of the Company.

Shaunak Mandalia, is the Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He is qualified Chartered Accountant with overall experience of around 20 years of accounts and finance including 12 years of experience with Gokul Group of Companies. Prior to Gokul Group, he has worked in P.K Ajmera & Co Ahmedabad and Bakul Ishwarlal Shah, both reputed Chartered Accountants firms.

Prof. (Dr.) Dipooba Devadais an Independent Director of the company. She is holding education qualification of Ph.D. (education), M.Sc. (statistics), M.Ed and PG diploma in Journalism. She was former Pro-Vice-Chancellor in Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University. She was also holding the position of Vice-Chancellor in the said university. Presently, She is Professor in Gujarat Vidhyapith. It is a matter of proud that during her tenure, University had obtained A Grade. She is life member of All India Association of Educational Research, Gujarat Ganit Mandal & Gujarat Statistical Association. She is holding leading position in many other Educational, Social and Religious Institutions.

Mr. Jayendrasinh Gharia Mr. Jayendrasinh Pratapsinh Gharia is holding degree of MBA in Marketing and B.Sc. in Chemistry. He has more than 35 years of experience at various capacities in Fertilisers, Agri Input Industry. He has Professional Expertise in Agri input Marketing, Logistics, Dealer Management, SCM, Fertiliser Marketing, Trading, Import-Export, Port Handling and Government policies, subsidies & FCO.

Mr. Parth Shah is an Independent Director of the Company. He is independently practicing as a Company Secretary since May 2017 in the areas of Company law, LLP law, FEMA, FDI Matters. His areas of expertise include Company & LLP formation Compliances under Company & LLP Law, Consultancy in FEMA & FDI related issues, Corporate Governance Report and Secretarial Audit etc. He is Graduate in Commerce and L.L.B. and holding professional degree of Company Secretary of ICSI.

In the early 90’s, when Information Technology was in its infancy and when developing a new business was a convoluted job, they nurtured GRSL with their years of hard work, dedication and domain Knowledge and accomplished the market status that they aspired for.He made serious efforts to know the nuances of the business and strategically upheld the company to this day, to this position in the Edible oil Market.
Moreover, age old unconstructive belief on new methods of extraction of oils, an unpromising factor in the growth of the company, was eradicated with the help of huge complex machineries. It was a dream-come-true for them when GRSL turned into a listed company in the 2008.
Gokul Agri International Limited Is One Of The Flagship Companies Of The Popular Gokul Group. The Sidhpur Plant along with 3 wind mills of Gokul Refoils & Solvent Limited have been transferred to Gokul Agri International Limited with effect from 01.01.2015 through the composite scheme of arrangement in the nature of de-merger, and the said scheme has been sanctioned by the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat vide its order dated 12th June, 2015.Gokul Agri International Limited has its production facility at Sidhpur, District- Patan, Guarat, India. It was set up way back in the year 1992 and is engaged in the business of seed processing, solvent extraction, refining of edible oils and industrial oil such castor oil. The Sidhpur Plant currently processes various types of oils including KachiGhani oil, Mustard oil, Refined Cottonseed oil, Soyaben Refined oil, Palmolein Oil, Groundnut oil and Castor oil.
The plant, which is ideally located in North Gujarat, is well connected by road and rail routes and is just 100 Km away from the oil seed cultivation belts of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
In view of International Standard for higher education and best facilities for the upliftment of the children. Gokul Foundation Trust was set up in 2009 in collaboration with International University to provide international standard education to the students in the field of Engineering, Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Management, IT, B-Ed. & CBSE school. Many well-known professionals have been appointed to achieve this purpose. Further, more colleges and a university has been planned at Sidhpur. Trust has also availed permission from the AICTE for recognition of this University. The proposed Engineering college is under construction.
